How to use your document for contractors:
General
All documents will be produced and reviewed by individuals that have experience bidding projects and or running construction projects. Your document will have an estimated breakdown of labor and materials with quantities and values. Each part of your project will be broken down by section for analysis.
Materials
Materials values will be pulled from multiple sources that the estimator considers most relevant. If the plans have a specific product your document will have more detail based on the judgement of the estimator. Once your document is produced it can be used to submit to your materials supplier for firm numbers. We can submit your document after its produced to multiple suppliers and perform an analysis to find the best possible prices.
Final figures
